I’m reading A Year of Living Biblically by AJ Jacobs and am loving it so far.

poor benny. on canada day we took the dogs out to play and benny was furiously chasing his
favorite wheel in the confines of a lacrosse rink. he was running and skidding so fast he tore up the pads of his feet.
we hadn’t thought of this happening but from now on will stick to grass!  so we bandaged him up (they are off now)
cleaning them constantly and have been carrying him outside while they heal.
